Terms and Conditions of zz777 — Transparency for You

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the zz777.express website and the zz777 mobile app for Android and iOS, including all services available through those interfaces.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who creates an account and uses zz777's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual, non-transferable account created by the user to access zz777 services.
• "Real Balance" refers to the amount deposited by the user into their zz777 account using accepted payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to credits granted by zz777 within promotions and campaigns, subject to rollover requirements.
• "Rollover" refers to the wagering requirement that must be met before bonus balance can be converted into real balance available for withdrawal.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by the user on sports markets or casino games available on the zz777 platform.

To create an account and use zz777's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

Zz777 accepts the following deposit methods, all with no transaction fees for the user:

• Pix: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, instant processing, available 24 hours a day including holidays.
• Boleto bancário: minimum deposit of R$ 30.00, credited within 1 business day, valid for 3 calendar days.
• Credit and debit card: minimum deposit of R$ 30.00, instant processing. Accepted card brands: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, instant processing.
• TED Transfer: minimum deposit of R$ 50.00, same-day processing for transfers made by 8:00 PM on business days.

Zz777 does not accept cash, checks, cryptocurrencies, or any payment method not listed above. Deposits made through unauthorized methods will be returned to the sender.

You must use only payment methods registered in your own name and CPF. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in balance suspension and account closure.

Zz777 processes withdrawals via Pix (within up to 5 minutes) and TED bank transfer (within 1 business day). The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00 via Pix and R$ 50.00 via TED. There are no withdrawal fees.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys registered in the same CPF linked to the zz777 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are automatically declined for security and regulatory compliance reasons.

Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional identity verification (KYC), with a review period of up to 24 hours. The user will be notified by email regarding any documentation requests and updates on the process.

The bonus balance is not available for direct withdrawal. Only bonus balance that has met the rollover requirements is converted to real balance and released for withdrawal. Real balance deposited directly by the user, with no pending rollover, may be withdrawn at any time.

The general rules that apply to all zz777 bonuses are:

• The deadline to meet the rollover requirement is 30 calendar days from activation. Expired bonuses are automatically canceled with no right to reactivation.
• Cancelled bets, early cash-out bets, and bets on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover.

The free bet of R$ 50.00 for new customers is valid for the first Pix deposit of any amount. The free bet amount itself is not withdrawable — only the net winnings from it, after the applicable rollover has been met, are available for withdrawal.

The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final — subsequent changes do not affect already-confirmed bets.

For cancelled or postponed events:

• Bets on canceled events before the start are automatically voided and the amount is returned to the user's wallet.
• For events that have started but been interrupted, bets on markets already settled remain valid; all others are voided and the stake returned.
• Events postponed to a different date within the same day or matchday may be kept open with the original bets, in accordance with the competition-specific policy published on zz777.

Zz777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting during moments of scoreboard or data instability — a protective measure for users and market integrity. Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid.

Obvious pricing errors — such as odds clearly out of line with the market due to a technical fault — may be cancelled by zz777 with a full refund. The user will be notified within 24 hours of the error being identified.

• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with zz777 support.
